All of our items are made to order to ensure each piece is perfectly personalized for your child.

Processing Time:

• Standard Orders: 3–5 business days

• Custom Orders: 7–14 business days (depending on charm availability)

Turnaround time begins once all materials are in hand (especially for fully custom designs). If delays occur, I’ll reach out and keep you updated every step of the way.
